SCOPE
This Cookie Notice explains the cookies and similar tracking technologies used on NurseKind AI's public marketing website (nursekindai.com) — the pages a visitor can reach before creating an account or logging in. It does not apply to the authenticated faculty dashboard, student assessment interface, or simulation pages, none of which load the technologies described here. For how we handle student and institutional data generally, see our Privacy Policy.
WHAT WE ACTUALLY USE
We do not use advertising-retargeting networks, session-replay tools, chat widgets, social-login cookies, or mobile SDK trackers on the public website. What follows is the complete list.

These cannot be disabled without breaking the forms they protect, and require no consent under applicable law because they are necessary for the service the visitor is requesting.

Neither technology is loaded on any authenticated page. Neither links visit data to a student's education records. We do not sell this information.

YOUR CHOICES
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
If your browser or browser extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we automatically treat it as an opt-out request and do not load the Meta Pixel or the page-visit analytics script on that visit. Strictly necessary cookies above are unaffected, since they are required to operate the form you're using.
Manual Opt-Out
You may also opt out of the Meta Pixel and page-visit analytics at any time by emailing hi@nursekindai.com. California residents have this right under the CCPA/CPRA; Colorado residents under the Colorado Privacy Act.
Browser Controls
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking the csrf_token cookie will prevent the demo-booking form from submitting.
